This is really very easy to get. Just form your MUT team and then play an online season. Once you win a game you get the achievement. As a bonus, there's a glitch that gives you the 'win a MUT Seasons Super Bowl' achievement at the same time.
Even if you're not very good, a little luck is all you need to win a game since an opponent disconnect/quit counts as a win. One person quit after I had a long play for a TD on my opening drive before I even attempted the extra point. I then had one kid quit after I kicked off, recovered a fumble on my opponent's opening drive, then ran 9 yards on my first play. It was still 0–0 and he quit. So, getting this isn't all that tough.

I just had a guy quit on me and I was winning 21-6 and did not get the achievement for winning. Do you have to finish the game?
