How to unlock the You Know the Business achievement in Madden NFL 25 - Definitive Guide
If you've imported Madden Ultimate Team cards from the Xbox 360 version, this should be a piece of cake. If you didn't, it's not tough -- it just might take a little bit of time.
Whichever player you choose to base your MUT around dictates what type of players you should look for. I chose Drew Brees, which meant my team focused on Long Pass. Offensive players with the blue hexagon around LP were the ones I wanted to look for.
Look for players with higher ratings -- and rarer cards, like Gold is worth more to chemistry than Bronze -- to bump up your chemistry. I think the team chemistry defaults to about 15, so there's not that far to go to hit 30.
Make sure you do the preseason game for whichever player/team you chose to start as, because it gives you a better head coach card that helps a lot.
Also, if you're looking for a quick fix, head over to the Auction House and search for cheap players that fit your team's designation. Good luck!

I don't get it. So I picked Aldon Smith which means I need to target DEs? Then I just keep adding those type of cards? I'm so confused.

ShawMan -- on the card, there's an icon. His (I believe) is Zone Defense. There's a hexagon on his card with ZD inside. Look for those types of cards. You'll want one other DE to complement him, but you can only start two (and starting a player is the only way to get the chemistry bonus).
