In order to complete a MUT collection you must collect players from packs, put them into your current roster, select the player, send him to pending collection, then put him into the collection. Alternatively, if you have the coins, you can complete one of the smaller collections by simply purchasing the players off the auction block or trading for them with friends. You only need to complete one collection for this trophy.
