For this trophy, you need to get a Gold medal in both Ball Hawk and Oklahoma Defense. First off, turn the difficulty down to Rookie, as well as turning all the defensive-related sliders to 100 for Human and 0 for CPU. I picked the Seahawks against the Browns for these, both the Browns QB and RB aren't rated that high plus the Seahawks have a high-rated defense.

In Ball Hawk, you need to intercept 8 out of 10 passes. Focus your sight completely on the QB, as soon as he throws the pass, press [Circle] then hold [Triangle], your receiver should intercept the ball almost every time. However, there is a good bit of luck involved since you do not get to pick the defensive play and sometimes the CPU will not be close enough to the receiver to pick the ball off.

The second drill is Oklahoma Defense, where you need to stop the RB from scoring a TD 9 out of 10 times. The first three are incredibly simple, just push right on the right stick once they hike the ball and you'll tackle the RB every time. Following those, they switch you the LB position. I found the easiest way to figure out which way the RB will go is to let the CPU control your character for the first 1-2 seconds, then fly towards the receiver. If you're not having success with that, you can always switch back to the DL once the play starts and you should be able to stop the RB.
