This could net you most of the achievements in 1 play thru:
Use 2 controllers I made achievement controller NY Giants(highest overall at 95) and second controller Rams (lowest over all at 65?) but i suppose you could choose whoever.
Have controller 1 do Deep Passes have controller 2 do Short Cover.
This seems to always leaves one of your guys open down field(seems to be Y button) don't hold the ball too long though or your QB is going down. When you are going for the conversion do short pass and deep coverage on the secondary controller.
Or you can get 1 conversion and win the game with safeties. IF the above method still is too hard

Easy enough just make all 2-point conversions. Personally I've found that using the short pass then throwing to the running back makes for the easiest conversion.

For this achievement, you must complete all two point conversions and win the game. Start a game using "Play Now" and leave the settings as is. After a touchdown you will get a menu selection to choose an extra point or a two point conversion. Choose two point conversion and complete the conversion. Complete every conversion after touchdowns and at the end of the game, the achievement is yours. You must complete the game for the achievement to unlock.
Two Controller Method:
There are a few different ways you can do this with two controllers. One being to score a touchdown and complete just one two point conversion then, with the second controller, cause the defense to give up safetys for the rest of the game. Alternatively, you could just keep scoring touchdowns and completing the two point conversions with controller one, whilst on controller two, you move the defenders away, making it easier to get into the endzone.
