this trophy is cheatable, although it could be patched someday, so until then you could easily get it, once you enter the elevator just go up to the first floor (1), G is the hallway you come from, take a photo of the first victim, madison father.
then go back down to (G) floor and enter back into the house and you should see it pop.
this thing worked for me on ps4 so I'm not sure about other platforms, I left my hammer at the safe and needed it for breaking the wall on the upper floors so I went back to get it and then I saw the trophy pop, seems like the trophy doesn't detect if I completed the puzzle or not, it just detect you leaving the area early before the 5 minutes timer has passed, so use it while you can, I read that some people have trouble getting it by actually doing the puzzle, and since there are checkpoints only when an area is completed you have to backtrack a lot, so saving a backup file on the cloud could be useful from the point before you start this area after taking a photo of the deer head and see the save icon on your screen.
