This achievement will most likely come naturally over the course of your playthrough.

To perform a Brutal Takedown, you will need to make sure the enemy you are about to attack is aware of your presence. Get up close, tap a few times to throw some punches, then hold . A small, circular indicator will appear on screen and it will begin to rotate. When the circle fills up about half way, let go of the button to execute the finisher.

Once you have performed a total of 50 Brutal Takedowns, this achievement will finally unlock.
