This achievement will most likely come naturally over the course of your playthrough so long as you are engaging enemies up close most of the time rather than from a distance with a firearm.

It is also cumulative between regular Takedowns, Stealth Takedowns, and Brutal Takedowns. Refer below to "Shh, shh" and "Closed Casket" for more information on the latter of the two, but you should be able to rest easy knowing this will come naturally.
