Mafia III

This achievement can be earned on almost any Racket mission. The notable difference here is that instead of completing the objectives that task you to kill the Racket's Enforcers (marked with a red skull), you will have to complete all of the other objectives (marked with various different icons depending on the task) to cause enough havoc to the Racket and lure out the Boss.

These objectives will vary from mission to mission, but generally include collecting a certain amount of money in enemy-controlled territory, interrogating informants, destroying precious goods, eliminating patrolling vehicles in the city, and more. Once you have caused enough damage to a Racket without killing any of its Enforcers, you will get a notification to return to your contact. Do just that and the achievement will unlock after the conversation wit your contact has concluded.
