This achievement can be earned at any time during your playthrough. The easiest method to get this done is by taking any car and driving down a straight road. As you are accelerating, keeping swerving left and right, left and right for five seconds. Make sure to hold the acceleration the entire time.

If that method doesn't work, the video guide below demonstrates another solution that involves taking a car off road into the bayou and drifting through the mud. In this method, you will want to hold the brake and handbrake for a short moment as you pull onto the mud and pull the analog stick all the way to the left or right. The achievement will unlock once you have drifted for five or more seconds.
