This achievement will require you to spend a total of $186,000 worth of upgrades on Sammy's Bar. As mentioned in the solution for "Barkeep," you can begin renovating the building after completing the main storyline and bringing Aunt Lily to the bar. From then on, you can begin installing upgrades by speaking to Aunt Lilly each time, so long as you have the funds.

As you work through renovating the bar, you will need to complete two side missions for Aunt Lilly in order to progress: "Angry White Boys," which becomes available after purchasing four to five upgrades, and "Lil Ernie," which becomes available after purchasing the first Mural upgrade.

After purchasing every available upgrade, speak with Aunt Lily, complete the next mission entitled "Openin' the Doors," and the achievement will finally unlock.

NOTE: If money is an issue during the renovation process, you can always fall back on the Herbalism activity from the Faster, Baby! DLC. It should take around twenty minutes to fully grow a strain of weed, meaning you can rake in a decent pool of funds every third of an hour while playing. In addition to this, make sure to collect kickback from your Underbosses when it becomes available.
