This achievement will most likely come naturally over the course of your playthrough.

In order to perform a Stealth Takedown, you will first need to be in "sneak mode" by pressing , then executing a melee attack on an unaware enemy by pressing when the button prompt appears. Another good tip to keep in mind when going for this achievement is to hide behind cover and lure enemies to your position by whistling (holding ). Once they get close, you can perform the takedown from behind cover once the prompt appears.

Once you have performed a total of 100 Stealth Takedowns, this achievement will finally unlock.
