Mafia III

This achievement will unlock naturally during the playthrough in which you are evenly distributing districts to each of the three Underbosses.

Each Underboss - Burke, Cassandra, and Vito - has three Associates. These individuals will provide you with unique services once they are unlocked. These services include paying off the cops, vehicle and firearms delivery, cutting phone lines for a short time, and calling in a hit squad for backup.

Once you have assigned at least two districts to each of the Underbosses (and the rackets within those districts to the same Underboss), this achievement will unlock.
