This achievement will likely unlock while working on reaching the Max Herbalism level for the "Herbalist" achievement. The best method in making sure you produce a quality product that will sell for $10,000 or more is to purchase every Grow House upgrade and create/plant a custom strain using the Indica or Sativa herb mixed with the any of the high-quality seeds available.

There is also a bit of luck involved in this achievement because regardless of the upmost quality of your weed once matured and ready to sell, the districts' buying price will vary depending on uncontrollable factors of supply and demand. Despite this, you should have no trouble selling a single batch of weed for $10k or more once you have reached the Max Herbalism level, purchased every upgrade, and concoct your own high-quality strain to grow.
