While you play through the main storyline of the DLC, you will eventually be notified about Vehicle Traps and how they can be utilized while being chased by cops in order to block the road and slow them down. These Vehicle Traps are essentially piles of barrels or logs that are tied up on flatbeds on the side of the road. The traps can be triggered by pulling out your handgun while driving and shooting () the "latch" on the mechanism holding them in place. As you drive by, the pile of barrels/logs will fall out onto the road, blocking anyone behind you.

The Vehicle Traps are indicated on your mini-map by blue triangular icons and they can only be found on the outskirts of Sinclair Parish. You will drive by plenty during the story missions, but this can still be achieved post-narrative even if no one is chasing you. Simply drive out to the outskirts of town, find a stretch of road with a trap on it, and shoot the latch as you drive by. The traps reset quite often, too, so you can farm this on the same trap over and over again if necessary. Once you have triggered at least ten traps, the achievement will unlock.
