I found it easiest to do this with Igni wand equipped and used the spell:
Fire based Actus: Move (so it fires), Right (you get it long before Left)
If you want to make it easier on yourself you can also equip: Mastery, Duplicate (3 balls instead of 1), Size (makes the balls bigger).
Homing might mess it up, so might equipping any of the Triggers since they set off other spells.

Just a heads up for anyone having trouble with this. It is much, much easier to get this achievement if you equip the Right/Left rune straight to the Actus spell rather to a Move rune. This way the spell simply shoots straight to your right/left rather than curving. It is much easier to aim this way.
