How to unlock the Land Rush achievement in Magic Duels - Definitive Guide
This is a very easy achievement to obtain. Simply play the card 'Evolving Wilds' and it will pop for you. Make sure to activate the ability for it to register as two lands being played for a single turn.

Alternate solution: You can use Knight of the White Orchid to get this too. If you have a land in your hand and fewer lands than your opponent, play Knight of the White Orchid, play the plains from your library, then play the land in your hand.
P.S. The reason I say play Knight of the White Orchid before the land in your hand is because you could be in a scenario where playing the land first no longer allows you to search your library for the plains, i.e. your opponent starts the turn with only one land more than you

I used a forest rich deck. 3 forest cards, then Nissas Pilgrimage.

By playing a land card in the same turn as "Nissa's Pilgrimage" will unlock this achievement instantly. You can play this card from Nissa's second Duel and all the Duel's after that in her campaign.
Alternately, this can be obtained with "Nissa, Sage Animist" Planeswalker card and keeping at least one land card in your hand.
Once you have Nissa on the field, use her first ability (with +1 loyalty counters) to reveal a card from your deck. If it's a land it will enter the battlefield automatically. After that, put your land card from your hand to the battlefield and you're done.
