Did this today with 4x Lys Alana Huntermasters. Each of these 3/3 Elves' activated ability puts out a 1/1 Elf Token for Elf creature spells played after it is on the board. You have to make a quite an army on your screen, but not too difficult in Solo Match on Easy.

Best thing to do is make a custom Elf deck in Green.

Works perfectly. Also a good opportunity to get the Triple Threat achievement for bringing in 3 tokens to the battlefield in the same turn (if you manage to get 3 Lys Alana Huntermasters out, first).
Achievement unlocks during the match, so keep spawning elves until you get it (I had one or two more than 20 when I finally got it).

The Green/Black Deck (or mono Green) can be made of plenty Elves. Do a Deck that has all the Elves type creatures on it and remember to put spells or any kind of ability that makes you draw cards fast.

Most Elves creature cards don't cost to much mana to cast, and you can put 3 or more elves in a turn once the game advance a little. Put 20 of them at the same time. Also, the Elf card "Lys Alana Huntmaster" has the ability of putting an Elf token per Elf creature card you put on the field, greatly reducing the number of Elves you need to get the achievement.
