An easy way to earn this is to use the black card Bitter Revelation (3 colorless, 1 black mana) from the Starter Box. You will then draw four cards and choose two to keep and two to go in the graveyard. Hopefully you'll get at least two creature cards and then just choose to keep the other two so the creature cards go into the graveyard.

If you wanna be more sure, stack a deck with creatures and Bitter Revelation-cards and lands and play until you get it.

You can do this in the Jace campaign as well. If you turn simplified targeting off, you can cast the Traumatize, etc on yourself instead of AI

A simple way to this is by creating a blue with 4 "Countermand" Instant cards and a good amount of creatures and Spells. Go to a Versus match against the AI on easy dificulty and cast any type of spell, inmediatly cast"Countermand" on yourself and it will throw to the graveyard 4 cards from your library.

If two of those cards are creature cards the achievement will pop, if not, cast again "Countermand" on yourself until you get the achievement. (It can be done on two different "Countermand" with one creature to graveyard on each one)

Note: You'll have to turn off Simplified Targeting from the game menu to let the game do this "mistake" to yourself. (It can be done once the match has started)

Note: You can also achieve this with card "Screeching Skaab" but first you need to unlock many of them with booster packs, also, the probability of sending creature cards with this is half than using "Countermand".
