I got this in Jace's campaign. There is a creature that his deck gets where its ability is to return an opponent's creature to their hand when you summon it to the battlefield. If it is not countered somehow and there is an opponent's creature out, then you should get the achievement.

Separatist Voidmage is the card in question; agree with the solution and easy to get in Jace's campaign. Just play the Voidmage card when the opponent has some sort of creature on the play area.

The Blue Creature "Separatist Voidmage" will unlock this achievement just by playing him (when your opponent has at least one creature on the field).
He is not available to play in the Versus mode at first, but can be played inmediatly without buying any booster packs in the first duel of Jace's Campaign.
