Every day that you log in to Magic Duels: Origins you will see a pop up of your current active daily quests. They add one per day and you can hold a maximum of 3 at a time. Most of the time these quests task you with winning any number of duels using a deck of specific colors. (almost always using the deck wizard deck builder)
(example: win 2 games using a green and white deck, or win 4 games using a black and blue deck)
There are also daily quests such as dealing x amount of direct damage to your opponent, attack with 5 creatures at the same time multiple times, deal x damage outside of combat to enemy creatures, etc.
You must complete 100 of these daily quests for this achievement. Yes, this means you will have to play every day for over 3 months to get this achievement as soon as possible. If wizards of the coast start releasing multiple daily quests in a day this may come faster but for now this will take 3+ months of grinding to accomplish.
Community quests that last the entire week do NOT count towards your daily quests for this achievement.
Edit: It has been reported from multiple sources that certain quests are glitched to your benefit. Sometimes, when completing a quest, there is a chance for the quest to glitch out and allow you to complete it again but still giving you progress for the first completion. This may allow some to unlock this achievement in less than the 100 days required. It is not yet known which quests glitch in this manor but it seems like it only works with quests that track progress OTHER than "win with this color deck" quests. Example: it has been reported to work with "place x counters" or "deal x damage" quests. If you want to attempt to force this glitch, feel free to use your once per day quest refresh to attempt to gain more of these types of quests.

They definitely do NOT release a new "daily" quest every day. There MIGHT be 4-5 new ones each week. There have easily already been over a dozen days that I've logged in and there was no "daily" quest.

Ive had a new daily quest everyday so maybe your not always logged into the servers. Also i wonder if this counts as 2 quests completed: sometimes ill complete a quest like put 20 +1/+1 counters on creatures you control, it says it was completed, i look at quests and it shows for example 18/20, so i play another game and it shows completed again. Doesnt happen as often anymore but does sometimes. It would be nice if it counted as completing 2 quests. Has this happened to anyone else?

You don't necessarily need to play every day either.
You can have up to 3 dailies active at any given time, so you can play every third day or every other.

I've completed the same quest multiple times per day a few times. Some quests (Like adding 20 +1/+1 counters) have awarded me coins, then reset themselves. Never seems to happen on the wins trophies though.

First person to unlock was tracked 4 days ago, so the weekly quests count or he completed the same quest multiple times more so than other gamers.
Ex complete a quest log out log in and the same one that completed is 90% done to do again.

Sometimes people get download codes to play before release too. Possible he got the game a week early? Look at the achievement list of any game soon to release and you will see achievements unlocked.

This is all true. But this game had 0 tracked gamers until day of release maybe because aciements were not listed till the day before. But it's possible

I too have done all quest since launch as well as participated in all community quest. I have had no quest reset on me and I played since launch. No achievement for me.

I can now confirm that community quests do NOT count towards this, but quests that glitch out and repeat upon restart (add 20 counters/deal 30 damage outside combat etc.) DO add to the total! This means you could get this done faster if you get lucky with quest picks, or you could always use a refresh per day and hope you get one of the glitched quests.

I wouldn't want to discredit REJECt's solution which covers the basics, and it's also been appended from the timestamp to mention that community quests don't count. A list of glitched quests should be compiled so we know what to refresh for so the 500 quests can be obtained slightly faster.

The two quests that I know of have already been mentioned above, which is not much in the grand scheme of things, but it's a start. I'm not sure if "Sacrifice x creatures" is also glitched (only ever got it once... so unlikely).
I'm hoping the expansion adds more glitched quests to our benefit.

Well, I've done every daily quest since I started this game, which was three or four days after release. And by my count (keeping track as I complete them), I'm at about 90. It feels like once or twice per week that I don't get a daily reset, so I've missed 10 or more daily quests that way. Bleh.

Id like to add that it seems it only counts in solo duels. The quest may say complete if u do it in multiplayer but dont think the tracker counts it.

@Spoon 350 i think quests only count if you complete it in solo. Mine didnt unlock when it should have and i think the ones i did in versus didnt count. Luckily i did most of mine in solo.

Mine popped at 101 according to my personal progress tracking. The problem for me is that I have done them every day- I never let them build up more than two- and some days I don't get a new one. It took 118 days for me to get 100 of them, so on 18 days, I didn't get a new one. I have no idea why.

Have 15 abilities triggered is also glitched in a positive way. Completed that one today, came back to the game after playing some FO4 and the counter was at 6/15. So I completed it again

Just played a daily for which you had to play 15 Black cards. Got it with playing exact 15 cards but when I returned later on the evening (to get my daily online win), it was reset to 14/15 so I got another 'extra' daily done.
Will try to duplicate it with another color when I get the chance.

I JUST unlocked this, and I have done EVERY SINGLE daily challenge that has popped up since launch. There were times that I logged in 3 days in a row, and still didn't have a challenge available. Typically, there are only 4-5 that show up each week.
Also, I had to win ALMOST 700 solo duels before I got the achievement for 500. This game's tracking is EXTREMELY buggy and garbage.

Just got this achievement today after playing the game for 109 days. I did miss a few daily quest but not a lot so this unlocked for me pretty much on target. Remember to complete your quests in solo play. I started a lot of my quests versus mode but finished them in solo as often as i could.

Got it when I got 1 done in solo. But it might have just been number 100. (For those saying that versus doesn't count) Well I started the game in January or so and have not done these everyday but still quite often. So the timing seems right.

I've started the game 31 July '15 and unlocked achievement for 100 daily quests 27 October '15 (i did not play the game before it was released).
It is true that sometimes quests like adding +1/+1 counters partially resets when the game is restarted (for example, i've completed the quest for adding 20 +1/+1 counters ... and when started the game again after couple of hours it was again active but partially completed (like 15 of 20 done ... 5 to go). I'm not sure how many times it happened to me.
I'm also not sure whether community quests count for this achievement or not, altough i've completed some of them.
I'm pretty sure that i've completed all daily quests since release (some of them twice or thrice due to a resets).

Got mine today. It was on one of those glitched quests. It was to do 30 damage to creatures/players outside of combat so I made a red direct dmg deck and finished it, then dashboarded and restarted game and it showed 28/30 for that quest in my log. One more game to finish it again and that one unlocked my achievement.
Man that 500 day one is going to be a huge pain in the ass haha
