This achievement can be obtained easily with the right cards as early as Chandra's story missions with as little as 3-4 mana, depending on what cards you draw.
a must have preferably in your initial hand is "Young Pyromancer" A two drop creature that will summon a creature token each time you cast a Instant or Sorcery spell. Also keep in mind if you happen to get two of these creatures on the field the effect will stack and each spell will summon TWO Tokens.
Once you have Young Pyromancer on the field just play a game of keep-away, preserving her as much as possible obviously. And keep an eye out for the low cost Instant and sorcery spells.
Fiery Impulse, A one mana drop instant.
Ravaging Blaze is a X+ Two mana instant but it seems to allow you to cast the spell with only the two.
Exquisite Firecraft is a 3 mana drop Sorcery.
just start with a hand with two Young pyromancer and at least one low cost instant/sorcery card, keep drawing new hands and starting new games until you get them then get them on the field asap, then get enough mana to cast two spells in a single turn and you'll summon 4 tokens.

I'm playing this game on PC where Young Pyromancer doesn't exist (?) but this achievment is still available. I made it happen with a BG Elf deck running Lys Alana Huntmaster and Elemental Bond.

This can be obtained very early in Chandra's Campaign. Having a "Young Pyromancer" on the battlefield and casting a Sorcery/Instant Spell will create a 1/1 token.
You have to stack the effects on the same turn to make 3 tokens on that turn. You'll have to do in a single turn any of this: Put One "Young Pyromancer" on the battlefield and cast Three Spells; Put Two "Young Pyromancer" and Two Spells or; Three "Young Pyromancer" and One Spell.
Note: "Young Pyromancer" is not available in the Deck Builder and only in Chandra's Campaign.
