This one doesn't require too much effort on your part, besides making sure you have a creature card with the 'Renown' ability.
Renown (When this creature deals combat damage to a player, if it isn't renowned, put a +1/+1 counter on it and it becomes renowned)
I found this to be particularly easy to obtain early on with the white card 'Stalwart Aven', which is a 3 drop flying 1/3 creature. Just make sure you get this card or one similar to it early on, and land a hit on your opponents life. I like this one mainly because it's one of the first you'll likely encounter while playing this game and you don't have to worry about being blocked by most enemies. (since it's flying

The White Deck has plenty of creature cards with the renown ability. To activate this, you only have to do damage directly to your opponent with a creature with the renown ability and it will become renowned inmediatly.
The creature card "Stalwart Aven" only cost three mana to put on the field and has flying and Renown, making him the best creature to get the achievement quickly.
Note: All of the Renown Ability creatures are locked when you start the game. You need to unlock them by buying booster packs.
