Shatter bricks are red bricks that break into two smaller bricks upon contact.
For this achievement, you must destroy 6 in a row without losing the ball or hitting any other type of brick.
This is very manageable on level 6-2. There are two 'paddles' on the outer end that are composed of these red bricks. Once the level is mostly cleared, you can just bounce the ball back and forth to each 'paddle' and you should be able to get the achievement quite easily.
