In Levels 6-1 through 6-6, there is a new brick that, when activated, will lock up all blue fairy bricks and green powerup bricks.
This achievement is actually very simple. Play on a stage with the lock up brick (yellow and red with chain and padlock icon) and restart the level until any green bricks are near the center and close enough together so you can destroy them before hitting any of the lockup bricks.
