This can technically be done in any of the workshop levels, but it by far the easiest and most manageable on the boss level.
There will be two circles of heat wave bricks near the center of the playing field. Just have the ball juggle around in or around these areas and you should be able to get this easily. It seems that the heat wave effect is stackable to a certain extent, so if you hit multiple heat bricks in a short time, you may still have enough built up time to net the achievement.
Honestly, if you keep playing through this stage, you should get it on accident as long as you can keep the ball in play.
