Freeze bricks become available in the level 7 stages. When activated, surrounding bricks become 'frozen' or, more accurately, become transparent.
This achievement can be done on any of the level 7 stages, but I found it most manageable on 7-3. Since the effect is based on radius, you will want a setup in which freeze bricks or more spread out.
