Unless you try to lose on the tutorial, it is practically impossible. You can only lose on Tutorial level 0-3. The issue is that the game give you 99 lives. With a large gap in the level, you can just tap the 
button to keep launching balls out of the playing field. This will still take about 6 minutes to complete.
If you missed this the first time through, no worries. The game gives you an option for 'New Game', which will start you back at the Tutorial levels. Also, even though you start a 'new game', you don't lose any of your progress. You can always back out to the menu and 'continue' from your latest level or use level select for any level that you have worked up to.
