This can be done in level 5-1. The Magic Clean brick is the green brick that, when activated, will clear off any adverse condition currently plaguing the screen.
There are two magic clean bricks in this level, and they must be activated before hitting any of the red bricks. The trick is to keep restarting the stage until the two magic clean bricks are near the center of the level (where your ball spawns) and close enough to each other to the point where you can easily manage to break them before any red bricks.
