This achievement is not missable
There are 6 main areas in this game. Even VENTS and broken walls counts
1.ground floor
2.basement area
3.garden
4.first floor
5. Second floor
6. Attic
Each area can be visited again after finishing the story via reload save.
I recommend looking at your map and find the map ( a document icon) in each of 6 area, then you can see all area of the map and visit the areas that are BLACK on your map.
Make sure to check all vents specially, there is a vent in second floor in the bottom middle left that can be easily missed while looking at the map and was my last.
Areas with "map not available" are not required so do not worry.
There is an area in attic that you have to backtrack after escaping the attic scene ( where you lose your phonic modulator) .
If you do not know how to get to garden , after you beat father and got crown key, backtrack to ground floor , goo to east and in the chapel, use the crown key on the skull on the statue, take the ladder and u enter the mine area, progress a bit and you reach garden. You shouldn't need it cause it is a linear part of story and you will explore everything but just in case you are missing a collectible there

You missed an area.
All I did was look at every map for any black space that was not fully enclosed by walls. I spotted one - it was a little closet on the first floor where there are no collectibles or any other reason to go inside. I went in it initially, but died before my next save and then didn't go back to it because there was no reason to. Went back to it and the achievement unlocked immediately.
This solution works and needs no improvement. It should not get downvoted just because some players haven't been thorough enough.
