You just need to exit the hotel from the front door. When you see the corrupted Elizabeth, make sure to run because you can't kill her unlike the common mobs. The Axe is a one-hit-kill on all the mobs, so save your ammo for the rifle and shotgun for the enemies which use electricity and lasers. The actual challenge is pretty linear, so just keep moving forward.
