For this achievement, your team in My Player Mode has to win 100 games in a season. Note - you do NOT have to play every game, and you do NOT have to even start the season on that team.
For me, I started in the Blue Jays organization..I decided I was bored of trying to build a winner so I looked at the standings and traded myself to the best team in the AL and with the best chance of getting 100 wins, the Boston Red Sox. Once the team won it's 100th game while simming in mid-September - the achievement unlocked.

Naturally, you're going to want to pick a team that is good (like Ahbooya61 said). However, I found the easiest way for me was to do this after you meet all the Hall of Fame requirements.
When you meet all of the Hall of Fame requirements, you can simulate through a season and skip key games and clutch moments. This allows your team to pretty much do the work for you. Plus, if you've met all the Hall of Fame requirements, chances are your player has pretty good stats.
For example, I first went to the Washington Nationals and then met all of the Hall of Fame requirements. I then traded to the Alanta Braves and simulated the season. Won 100 games and bleep bloop achievement popped.
Granted, I understand this may seem like a long and tedious task to get this achievement. But I planned it out to unlock other achievements along the way. Just another option to choose from going off of what Ahbooya61 said.
