For this achievement, you need four (4) people just to be able to generate a schedule. Once you have that, and set the schedule, click on your game and send an invite to the player you're scheduled to play against, play the full game and win. More likely than not, people will set up gaming sessions for this one and you can communicate with each other to get this, should only take about 20 minutes a game.
