Normally this achievement can only come with luck as you can't brush people back online anymore due to the latest patch.
This achievement is rather easy. All you need to do is start a play now game. Pause the game and trun the CPU's 'Strike Zone Tendencies' all the way down. Now the pitcher will walk you almost EVERY TIME. Now you have two options. You can either watch the screen to see when the pitcher brushes you back off the plate or just leave the game playing. When the bases are loaded and you get walked, that's an RBI.
If you are going to wait until you see you've been nrushed back here's what you do. Once you are brushed back go to the difficulty sliders and turn the pitcher's strike zone all the way up. Now turn your batting contact and power all the way up. Also, turn your baserunning all the way up and the CPU's fielding all the way down. Now swing for the fences. You only need one RBI so if someone's on base send them home. If there's no one on base try to get an inside the park HR. If the bases are loaded when you are brushed back, with the same settings as above just bunt the ball. Your runners will be too fast to catch.
The other method is to just leave your Xbox while the pitcher has no strike zone. Rarely will you not be walked. Also, pinch hit the pitcher spot if you are playing with an NL team. Even if the pitchers strike zone is down, they almost always throw pitchers a strike.
The thing about this achievement is IT DOES NOT UNLOCK DURING THE GAME! So if you do it and it doesn't pop just turn the pitchers strike zone back up. Now just bunt the ball and hit LT to make your guy run around the bases. This will get all your batters out on 3 pitches.
When you are pitching turn the CPU's batting down and keep throwing fastballs down the middle. It will either be a strikeout or ground ball every time.
When the game is over you should get the achievement.

Works perfectly doing the walk away method. Also my achievement popped right after it happened.

You need to have a baserunner in a scoring position, either on second or third base. The opposing pitcher has to throw a pitch that makes you back off the plate. After the back off pitch, you need to make a successful hit that scores the baserunner for a run. Easiest done with a boosting buddy.
