You will be given a team season goal before the start the of the season this isn't too difficult especially if you are playing for one of the powerhouse teams in the game like Bostion, Philadelphia, or New York. Just simply complete the goal they give you.

Earned in My Player Mode.
When you're at your my player home page where it shows your player standing on the right you have three goals on the left side. The second one is your team season goal. You need to complete that goal (mine was win 10 more games than your team won last season). When you reach your goal (mine happened during simming towards my next game) the achievement will pop.

When you are in the majors, your ball club will set a season goal for the team based on how you performed the year before. Goals can range from winning the division, winning 10 more games than last season, and becoming a dynasty. Once the season is over and if you accomplished the team goal the trophy will appear.
