For this achievement you have to win 3 online ranked matches in a row...
to start with, if the opponent quits - DOES NOT COUNT... trust me, if it did I would be much happier and woulda had this back when the sun was still up.
Legit way to get this, play fair with a good team and hope to run into someone who will always pitch at and near the zone...there are tools who don't pitch there at all and make you chase and everyone is swing-happy. Steal if you can, but don't jump early to be fair the legit way.
The other way is to do every dirty trick in the book... everyone knows that if you get a guy on, most people will bunt them all the way over. As much as you try to prevent this, it will happen a few times. Another cheap new method this year is rundowns and making opponent throw it away in the rush to get you out. And of couse, you can always pitch them nothing to hit.
If you're pretty confident in your abilities, you can probably get this easily as long as you don't get a cheap bunter...
If you're not that confident, you can always use the dirty tricks...but by doing so, you could run into players like me who will bitch at you for doing so because we like the fair spirit of the game :)

opponent can quit my frend quit twice played the 3rd game and got it for 2k12 should work for this too

perhaps they changed it in 2K12, however in 2K11 they can't quit, I know this from getting this myself.
