How to unlock the Upset Alert achievement in Major League Baseball 2K11 - Definitive Guide

This achievement is called "Upset Alert". Use the Pittsburgh Pirates in an online match and complete it to unlock this. Pretty straightforward, just be sure to finish the match for it to unlock, won't if the opponent quits. Also you don't have to win to get this, just use the Pirates. My advice is to get this out of the way trying to get the Spice of Life achievement (10 different teams used online)

you in a ranked match or league? cause it won't work if it's a league game.
