Make Way

The train is only found as part of the Large Crossing Track piece which is unlocked at level 36. You then need to be lucky enough to have the track piece spawn in your game and ensure you place it. Then as you approach it, slow down so you can ensure the train arrives and drive right into it, unlocking the achievement.
