Make Way

You will need to first acquire the mine weapon which is a little device that will appear on the back of your car, flashing green lights. Whenever you fire, it will drop a mine behind you. After you drop a mine, you will need to wait a few seconds before you can drop another one. You can drop a total of 5 mines. Once you drop a mine, it will appear as a red bump on the track. Mines will stick around throughout the entire race unless someone crashes into it.

So in order to get this achievement, you need to drop a mine and finish that race section, then when the race starts again after adding more track you need to drive back to the area where you dropped the mine previously and run right over it. I suggest doing this in local mode as the AI is usually smart enough to avoid the mines meaning they'll stick around for you to run back over them.
