The description is self explanatory however the means can be a little challenging to actually get. You can try to ram opponents off the side (go to custom game and turn off walls to make this easier) or push them through holes in the track. There is a weapon that sends out a sonic burst along your sides which is great for pushing enemies off the track if there are no walls. Traps/track hazards count for this such as fans and the swinging pendulums if they manage to knock someone off.
