How to unlock the Fan Fare achievement in Maneater - Definitive Guide

Hey all!
I’ve included the locations of each of the Questers below in screenshot form rather than video, as I know not everyone likes videos.

There is a grand total of ten Questers (humans with tin foil hats) that you need to eat. There are 7 added to the original base game (1 in each area) and 3 in the DLC area, but they are quite well hidden and don’t appear on your sonar unless you’re very close.

As a note, I had already eaten a few of the Questers, but the locations shown will be where you can find them.

You potentially only need to eat the Questers in the DLC area, so I'll put them first;

I don't know if this glitch is common but I only ate the three in the DLC and after completing everything up to 98% in the DLC area I returned to the main game and it immediately unlocked despite not eating the other 7 in the main game.

I also started by eating the 3 questers in Plover Island before attempting the rest in the main world. My achievement also popped as soon as the game loaded into the main world.

I started with DLC area and worked my way up the list. Achievement unlocked on kill of final quester in main game area. Very good guide. Thank you!

The Fawtick Bayou quester didn’t load for me. After quitting to the main menu and reloading it was there.

I did not need to collect them all. I 100% the DLC area and as soon as I went back to the main area I unlocked 3 achievements including this one.

I was able to do all of the questers in the main area before entering Plover Island for the first time. I'm not sure if they appear until you do the very first DLC mission in the Gulf (the one that shows the intro cutscene), but they all showed in my log after that and I was able to kill all seven of them.

When someone has something like "Potentially only need", it is a straight negative for me. It gives a feeling someone isn't fully sure.

I’m not sure, as I had to get them all. But since posting here, a number of commenters have stated they only needed to get the DLC questers.
I can’t personally confirm this, but as it’s easier than getting them all, I adjusted the solution in a way that makes the potentially easier option appear first, but ensured that I don’t lose all the other info in case there are those who have to get them all.

Just got all 3 dlc ones, didn't pop. Will go and get the base map ones when I'm done on this island and report back

Awesome thanks. Generally those making videos are just trying to cash in rather than help people:/

I too killed one inadvertently (by landing on them) but eating the body still got me the pop.
Also I would recommend the shadow set just because it makes getting around faster:)

Came to say the same thing as Jagd Gray Wolf. I collected the 3 in the DLC and when i went to go get the others - achievement popped

I'd also done just 2 time trials and upon travelling back to get the other questers, the achievement for completing all time-trials popped too. Are there only 2 or should there have been more ?

Hi All

There are a grand total ten of questers in the game, they are just humans with tin foil hats that you need to eat, however they are very hidden. There are 7 added to the original base game areas and 3 in the DLC, you can identify them with the sonar skill and they tend to be on their own in remote locations.

I can't reach Fawtick Bayou quester.
"keep out!"gate still shut for some reason.
Others were fine for me.

Edit: Gate will open when changing xbox language to English.

Maybe just a bug on my end, but it seems like the game actually knows when you've "consumed" the Questers rather than just killed them. I accidentally killed one with the poison thrust ability, and, although it did count as completing the in-game objective, I didn't get the achievement after eating the rest.

Fixed that just by going to the main menu and re-eating all of the ones that reappeared where the auto-save was.

This DLC comes with a new type of collectible: Truth Questers, which are humans wearing tin foil hats. There are 10 of them added with this DLC - three in the new region and one in each of the seven main regions of the base game. Unfortunately, unlike other collectibles, sonar doesn't add them to your map. They'll only be indicated when you get pretty close to them. As a result, you'll definitely need a guide to find them all since they'll all tucked away in various corners of the maps. Refer to the video below; full credit to the creator.

Trophy glitched. First, I gathered 7 truth seekers in the first location. I went to Plover Island and collected 3 there and silence. I restarted the console, went into prizes, synchronized with psn, went into the game and the trophy fell out.
