How to unlock the Ocean Terror achievement in Maneater - Definitive Guide

You'll have play till you reach LVL 30. After reaching LVL 30 fast travel to any of the grottos and then the achievement should pop any where to 15 to 30 seconds after.

I found one of the fastest ways to LVL up is going after the bounty hunters plus its fun as hell.

Ps thank for the update @Tyuri2 that this may be story related and some may achieve this before lvl 30

i dont know why this is so disliked, i hit mega at 29 weirdly but i think it might also be a story thing? idk for sure, but this is a pretty spot on solution

Pretty sure mine is glitched. Got to LVL 30, game crashed and I never got it.

Been trying to unlock this since first week of release, hit level 30 months ago and unlocked all the gates and nothing

Got this with lvl 30 but before finishing the story of the last two regions. Can't tell if partly storyrelated or not.

Finished the game at Level 30 Mega status, but it hasn't unlocked.

I had to hard restart the game to get this achievement to pop. I hit continue on my game and it unlocked right away (also with Dead Horse Lake 100% as it did not unlock either).

Story-related; reaching mega growth is an objective of the chapter: The Devil and The Deep Blue Sea. You will need to return to your Grotto after reaching level 30 to evolve.
