[You set a new character.]
Once you have opened a manga file generated from the manga generator (#1 option from the main menu) or have otherwise created a new one (#3 in the main menu), you will want to enter the #3 menu to create a character. Just go down to the bottom of this list to the NO DATA character and from here, just choose a gender for your new character and then back out of the character tab.
Afterwards, back out of the character list and go to the #1 menu where you will be able to edit your work. From any panel, just select PUT followed by CHARACTER and select your new character. Once the character has been placed, the trophy will pop.
