From the main menu, enter the #6 menu, which will bring you to another menu. Enter the #5 menu from here where you will be greeted by a text box. Enter MYMIZUGI into this text box, click the left option, and claim your new material along with a trophy.

For reference, in the Vita version, this code can be obtained by looking in the instruction manual and paying attention to a series of speech bubbles that contain a number and an English letter within. Putting the letters in those speech bubbles in order gives you the password needed for the trophy. Unfortunately, this does not seem to be present in the PS4 version's manual, which is instead a webpage.
