This is story (story? Maybe progress) related and cannot be missed. After planting the rainbow god cube into the tree to earn the "Finished a rainbow level" achievement, you'll be on a platform with the tree. Step off to the left and land on the middle platform jutting out of the building next to you. Enter the door ahead and follow the path towards a pretty trippy 2001-style end sequence.
