A little help for all speedruns:
  • 1) You can choose a chapter. To do this, pause left and press L1 5 times. Chapter selection will appear in the menu. Easier than saving at the beginning of each chapter.
  • 2) Cutscenes are skipped by holding
  • 3) Don't speedrun on your first playthrough. First you need to understand and remember what to do where. The exception is if you use point 4.
  • 4) When you start speedrunning and you know exactly the sequence of actions, save after each successful segment. If something goes wrong, it’s easier to replay a piece with a failure than the entire level. In addition, you can look down after the save and see the best route or even remember how to proceed further.
