Just go into Xbox Live, play a match, and of course, win. If you'd prefer to do this offline, you can plug in a second controller and win a split-screen match against yourself or a friend.

The easiest way to do this is to start a split screen match any type, any map, and find the second player and kill them. Then, exit the game. The achievement will pop when it shows the scoreboard.
