How to unlock the Blue Gem Hunt achievement in Marble Blast Ultra - Definitive Guide

Download the "Marble it Up!" course (it's free). Play it online and get a blue gem. You do not have to win the match, just get a blue gem at some point.

EDIT: There needs to be another player in the game with you but, again, you do not have to win.

I tried it in a public lobby where I was the only player, and I did not get it. I only got it when there was another player in the game, too.

Its a host only achievement its easier to have 2 ppl then all you have to do is whoever is going getting the achievement hosts the game and the other person joins in and helps clear the gems until the blue gem appears and all the host has to do is get the blue gem a your achievement should unlock

A friend and I just did this and noticed two things. First, you needn't be the host. It fired for both of us on the first try.
Second, it seems obvious but the game must be played on the Marble It Up! Level.

Join or host a Multiplayer match on the level Marble It Up! (Add-on). When the match starts, keep collecting Gems until a blue one appears (these are worth 5 points) and collect it. You don't need to win the match for the achievement to unlock. If it doesn't unlock and you lost the match, try wining it instead. The achievement will unlock at the end of the match, not midway through the match.

This can only be unlocked in a match with 2 or more players.

Note: To get access to this achievement you must first download the free Marble It Up! DLC pack.
