This is a very easy achievement, Every single (single player) level in the game has a par time. The par time is a given time and for the achievement you must complete the level under the par time. You probably will get this with-out even going for it, once you have a level highlighted near the bottom right hand corner has the par time, so just try to complete the level in less time then it says.

VERY EASY, just complete any level of your choice under par time. This will probably be your first achievement.

to get this easy one, all you need to do is finish under par time, you can do this on the first level, learning to roll, just finish the level in under 45 seconds.
you can get up speed by jumping repeatedly on flat surfaces.
once you finish, it should pop.
