If you want to knock the achievment out quickly and have 30,000G to spare buy 25 Fruit Knife, 25 Agi Orb I and 25 Crt Orb I. 30,000 will cover the cost of the purchases as well as upgrade fees. The upgraded Fruit Knives can be sold at a loss to regain 7800G costing a total of 22,200 to complete using this method.
The blacksmith opens during story progression and is located by taking the path up from the tavern then left to the small building with the furnace on the side if it.
